Bayshore Medical Personnel is seeking a part-time Primary Care Physician with a minimum of 6 months within the last 2 years of cumulative clinical experience to provide onsite and call-back services to our federal client in Truro, NS.

TASKS

- Provide integrated, trauma informed, culturally appropriate Primary Care health services to patients

- Document all patient encounters in the EMR/EHR, including, but not limited to: all progress notes, assessment, treatments and consultations

- Prescribe medications according to the client's drug formulary

- Participate in grievance, investigation, and human rights complaints processes, or court proceedings that may include a review of the Physician's documentation

- Provide call-back services and telephone consultations

QUALIFICATIONS The Physician must possess:





- A valid license in good standing from the relevant provincial licensing body and provide a certificate of skilled conduct issued by the College of Physicians and Surgeons, including any judgements or restrictions
- A minimum of six (6) months experience in providing primary care in the last two (2) years
