Allrush Print and Apparel is looking for an experienced Sales & Customer Service Representative to support members of our sales team.

The primary purpose of this position is to assist our sales representatives with the day-to-day work involved in managing customer projects, allowing them to spend more time working with customers, pursuing new leads and generating sales.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in the printing, promotional products, apparel, signage, graphics or a related industry who understands the general workflow involved in taking a customer request from quotation through production.

What You'll Do

Working closely with one or two sales representatives, you will assist with:

- Preparing estimates and quotations for customer projects.
- Assisting with estimates using Avanti.
- Searching for promotional products, apparel and other products based on customer requirements.
- Obtaining supplier pricing, availability and lead times.
- Reviewing proofs and job details before they are sent to customers.
- Following up on customer proof approvals and outstanding information.
- Checking the status of outsourced jobs and following up with suppliers.
- Obtaining and following up on vendor quotations.
- Checking product inventory and availability.
- Assisting with print, apparel and promotional-product orders.
- Communicating job information between sales, production, purchasing and outside suppliers.
- Monitoring active projects and helping identify potential delays or missing information.
- Keeping sales representatives updated on their projects.
- Assisting customers when their sales representative is unavailable.
- Helping with the day-to-day tasks that keep customer projects moving and allow our sales representatives to focus on selling.

What We're Looking For Previous experience in the print, promotional products, apparel, signage, graphics or a related industry is strongly preferred.

You do not need to have experience in every area of our business.



We are more interested in finding someone who understands the industry, is comfortable working with customer projects and has the ability to learn.

Experience in any combination of the following would be beneficial:

- Commercial printing
- Promotional products
- Decorated apparel
- Signage or wide-format graphics
- Customer service or sales support
- Estimating and quoting
- Product sourcing
- Print production
- Reviewing proofs and job specifications
- Working with suppliers and outsourced production

Experience with Avanti Print MIS, SAGE or other industry-specific software is an asset but is not required. Training will be provided on our systems and procedures. Who Will Be Successful in This Role

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, solving problems and getting things done. This role is an important part of our sales team. By handling much of the quoting, sourcing, proofing and job follow-up involved in existing projects, you will help create more time for our sales representatives to develop recent opportunities and grow their accounts.

Pay: $21.00-$23.50 per hour
