About the Role

Happy Print Studio is looking for a creative, dependable and hands-on Production & Brand Activation Assistant to join our growing business.

This is not a position where you will do the same thing every day.

The role combines print production, live events, marketing and business development. On some days, you may be preparing DTF gang sheets, cutting vinyl or helping with embroidery production. On others, you may be preparing for a live patch-bar activation, creating social media content, researching events or reaching out to potential customers and partners.

We're looking for someone who can learn quickly, take initiative and grow with the company. Previous printing or embroidery experience is not required—we can teach the technical side to the right person.

What You'll Do

Production & Order Support

- Prepare artwork and orders for DTF printing and gang sheets
- Cut, weed and apply vinyl
- Assist with heat pressing and embroidery production
- Prepare and package customer orders
- Organize production materials, garments, patches and supplies
- Learn and operate production equipment and software
- Assist wherever needed to keep orders moving efficiently

Live Events & Brand Activations
- Prepare inventory, equipment and supplies for events
- Set up and tear down our live embroidery and patch-bar activations
- Operate and assist with activations at markets, corporate events, pop-ups and other locations
- Interact with customers and help create a fun, professional experience
- Eventually take greater responsibility for coordinating and running activations

Marketing & Business Growth
- Take photos and short videos of products, production and events
- Help create content for social media
- Research markets, events and other opportunities for the business
- Identify potential corporate clients, event partners and collaborations
- Assist with outreach and follow-up
- Help develop and test new products, services and activation ideas
- Look for opportunities to help grow different areas of the business





Who We're Looking For You do not need previous DTF, vinyl or embroidery experience.

We're looking for someone who:

- Learns quickly and is comfortable learning current equipment and software
- Takes initiative and doesn't need to be given every next step
- Is dependable, organized and pays attention to detail
- Enjoys creative and hands-on work
- Is comfortable speaking with customers and representing the company
- Has an interest in social media, marketing, events or small business
- Is comfortable switching between production, marketing and events depending on what is needed
- Can work independently and as part of a small team
- Wants an opportunity to learn, take on more responsibility and grow with the company

Important Availability Requirement Evening and weekend availability is a requirement of this position.

Our live activations, markets and events can take place during evenings and weekends. The person hired for this role must have the flexibility to work these events when scheduled.

If you are only available Monday to Friday during regular daytime hours, this position will not be a good fit.

Growth Opportunity

The right person will have the opportunity to learn different parts of the business and gradually take greater ownership of events, brand activations, marketing and business development.

As Happy Print Studio grows, we want this position to grow with it.

No previous print or embroidery experience is required. Training will be provided.

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
