We are seeking a motivated and driven Product Specialist to join our growing car dealership team. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, strong customer service skills, and proven experience in automotive or commission-based sales.

Duties

Assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles

Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives

Negotiate pricing and close sales

Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Follow up with leads and existing customers

- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Skilled appearance and positive attitude

Ability to work full-time, including weekends

Valid driver’s license
