We are seeking a detail-oriented Production & Fulfillment Coordinator to manage the crucial link between our production floor, sales channels, and logistics partners. This role is ideal for a proactive communicator who enjoys structured problem-solving, handling logistical challenges, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Production Prep & Order Coordination: Organize production components and prepare orders, coordinating closely with internal production staff to ensure accurate, timely dispatch.
- Logistics & Courier Management: Arrange outbound shipments for order fulfillment as well as inbound shipments for customer returns; handle shipment tracking, investigate delivery issues, and manage claims or disputes directly with couriers.
- Shipping & Physical Handling: Prepare orders for transit, which includes labeling, and lifting or moving boxes as required during the fulfillment and shipping process.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a central point of contact, communicating effectively with internal production teams, e-commerce platforms, wholesale clients, courier representatives, and retail customers.
- Returns & Inventory:



Oversee the processing and documentation of returned products while supporting warehouse inventory tracking and count accuracy.
- Operational Support: Adapt to changing daily priorities across fulfillment, warehouse management, and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with high standards for order accuracy and record-keeping.
- Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift, move, and handle boxes as part of daily shipping operations.
- Strong Communication: Ability to articulate issues clearly and advocate effectively when resolving shipping disputes or customer service inquiries.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Comfortable investigating root causes when logistical issues arise.
- Team-Oriented: Willingness to collaborate across various departments and adapt to agile daily workloads.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is strongly preferred to support effective internal team communication.
