Some specific daily tasks can include:

- Assembling parts and products
- Cleaning and organizing shop
- Operating a cutting saw
- Operating various machines (training provided)
- Tapping, countersinking and deburring parts
- Powder Coating (training provided)
- Packaging and shipping parts
- Loading and unloading trucks, skids and machines
- Picking up supplies
- Splitting wood and lighting fires for saunas & fire tables
- Grounds maintenance when needed
- Operating washer and dryer and folding towels





This full-time position offers a diverse range of tasks that change on a daily basis, requiring mental focus and attention to detail. Your time will be split between two locations - Kingsville (near Arner Townline and Road 3 W) and Oldcastle - during daytime hours (8am to 4:30pm), Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. If you are seeking a stable, full-time chance that will challenge you and keep you engaged, this role may be perfect for you. This position is mostly indoors, but does have some outdoor aspects as noted in the task list above. The majority of the hours are expected to be at the Kingsville location.

Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Full benefits at 90 days

Job Qualifications

- G Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Minimum education level achieved: High School Diploma or equivalent
