RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
- Work in the Assembly production area, Packaging area, or Stone area (cutting, polishing, sink application, and crate building)
- Check your own work before passing it forward, and catch problems before they move on to the next station
- Keep your work area stocked, clean, organized, and safe
- Speak up right away if something doesn't look right; a part, a measurement, a safety concern, instead of working around it




- Follow established step-by-step procedures for your area, and tell your supervisor when a procedure doesn't match how the work actually gets done
- Work closely with the teams upstream and downstream from you so product keeps moving smoothly through the floor

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical work, standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks for a full shift
- An eye for detail, you notice when something is off, and you don't let it slide
- A team player who communicates clearly with coworkers and supervisors
- Reliable and punctual, your team depends on you to show up and start on time
- Willing to learn recent equipment, tools, and procedures
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, woodworking, or assembly is an asset, but not required, we'll train the right person
- Your area consistently hits its daily output target
- Problems are caught at your station, not downstream and not at a dealer's door
- Your supervisor can count on you to flag issues the same day they happen
