H&M; Food Recruitment is currently recruiting for dedicated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced food processing environment. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality food products while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards. This position offers an opportunity to develop mechanical skills and gain experience in the food industry, contributing to a clean, secure, and productive workplace.

Responsibilities

Operate packaging equipment and assist with product assembly to meet production targets

Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations

Conduct quality checks and monitor product consistency throughout the manufacturing process

Assist in cleaning ,sanitizing and maintaining equipment, workstations, and production areas

Support food processing tasks, including ingredient handling and portioning as needed

Requirements

Prior experience or familiarity with packaging or food processing is a plus





Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standards within a manufacturing setting

Mechanical knowledge or basic troubleshooting skills preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and follow detailed instructions

Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles

English and Mandarin required

This role is essential for maintaining smooth operations within our production line, ensuring that products meet our high standards for quality and safety. We welcome motivated individuals eager to contribute to a dynamic team focused on excellence in the food industry.

Pay: $18-$22.00 per hour

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM-4:30 PM
