We are seeking a motivated and skilled Professional Flooring Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly installing a variety of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl, ensuring each project meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Your hands-on expertise will help transform spaces and bring clients’ visions to life with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions to execute flooring projects accurately.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and repairing subfloors to ensure optimal conditions for installation.
- Measure spaces precisely and cut flooring materials using hand tools such as saws, chisels, and utility knives.
- Install various types of flooring including tile laying, hardwood, laminate, vinyl planks, and carpet with attention to detail.
- Use caulking and sealing techniques to finish edges and transitions smoothly for a polished look.




- Operate hand tools safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols on-site.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of projects within scope.

Experience

- Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction work with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship.
- Skilled in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels, and measuring devices.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for precise installations.
- Background in carpentry or handyman work is highly desirable for versatile project execution.
- Familiarity with tile laying techniques and caulking procedures to achieve seamless finishes.
- Construction experience that demonstrates the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.
- Additional skills in drywall repair or general construction are a plus but not required.
