Position: Discovery Interview — Professional Services Workflow Mapping

Type: Contract

Compensation: $60/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

- Engage in a broad, portfolio-level conversation about your work in professional services.
- Discuss processes that consume the most time and identify repetitive tasks.
- Highlight variations across clients, engagements, and departments.
- Identify what separates good execution from poor and what tends to get caught in review.
- Discuss parts of work that must remain human and any regulatory constraints.
- Provide insights for follow-up conversations to enhance learning.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Experience managing engagement teams or owning a book of work in professional services.




- Current or recent experience at a public accounting or qualified services firm.
- Ability to speak to a portfolio of work rather than a single task.

Interview Process

- 45 mins conducted by an AI interviewer in your browser.

Compensation & Legal

- One-time $60 payment after interview completion and verification.
