In this essential role with CAAC, you will guide the Ujima Fellowship's delivery and growth from recruitment to placement.
Your expertise in program management and stakeholder collaboration will directly benefit youth across Edmonton and Calgary. You will ensure that program milestones are met and foster essential partnerships for participant pathways to employment. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the Ujima Fellowship program in Edmonton and Calgary
- Oversee participant intake and onboarding procedures
- Maintain tracking systems and high-quality documentation
- Build relationships with employers for placement opportunities
- Support applicants with guidance and coaching Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field
- Minimum 3 years of program management experience
- Proven skills in budget and multi-stakeholder project management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools Drive youth leadership and community growth as Program Lead at CAAC.
