About the Position The Project Manager leads the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout. This role oversees schedules, budgets, procurement, documentation, and trade performance while ensuring proactive communication with clients, consultants, and site teams. The ideal candidate brings robust technical knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to drive project delivery within a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment.

This role offers an experienced construction professional the opportunity to lead full project cycles within a growing construction management division committed to raising industry standards. You will shape project strategy, guide teams, and help refine systems that enable proactive planning and smoother, more predictable execution.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Construction Management

- Lead tendering activities, including scope development, issuing tender packages, reviewing bids, preparing recaps, managing RFIs/addenda, and recommending awards
- Oversee permits,



utility coordination, site setup requirements, and procurement planning
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and submittal logs prior to mobilization

Project Execution & Coordination
- Manage day-to-day project performance, ensuring work aligns with schedule, budget, quality expectations, and contractual requirements
- Maintain & review all project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change events, purchase orders, logs, and meeting records
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and trades to resolve design issues, clarify scope, and maintain alignment across teams
- Lead site & trade meetings and provide ongoing support to site staff

Financial Control & Reporting
- Monitor budgets, commitments, and change orders, update forecasts and financial logs
- Prepare owner billing packages and review subcontractor invoices for accuracy
- Execute change control processes to ensure proper documentation, approval, and integration into project budgets & schedules

Quality, Risk & Closeout
- Implement quality-control processes and coordinate inspections
- Identify risks early, escalate appropriate, and track mitigation
- Oversee project closeout, including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation

Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 6–10 years of progressive construction experience, including direct responsibility for managing ICI or mid‑rise residential projects
- Proven experience overseeing full project cycles, including tendering, scheduling, budgeting, and change control
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project), and construction management platforms
- In‑depth understanding of construction sequencing, codes, permitting, and safety requirements
- Strong communication, coordination, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to lead internal and external teams effectively
