Position Overview

Sartori Custom Homes is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of luxury residential construction projects in the field. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, quality control, and client communication while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Coordinate and oversee Site Supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants throughout all phases of construction
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Monitor project budgets, approve vendor invoices, track costs, and help manage change orders.
- Ensure construction activities comply with drawings, specifications, building codes, and company standards.
- Lead regular site meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Create and help maintain construction schedules.
- Identify and proactively resolve project issues, delays, and deficiencies.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure materials are ordered and delivered according to schedule.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Support and mentor field staff while promoting a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure all health and safety standards are consistently maintained on site.




- Assist with project reporting, forecasting, and overall project planning.

Qualifications & Experience

- 5+ years of experience managing residential construction projects, preferably in custom or luxury homes.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction practices, sequencing, and building systems
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and permitting requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Job Tread construction management software would be considered an asset.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
