All About Exteriors is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. We specialize in complete exterior construction and restoration, including Shingle/Flat Roofing, siding, gutters, soffit & fascia, stucco, and flat roofing.

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of exterior construction who can confidently manage multiple projects from start to finish, coordinate crews and subcontractors, communicate with customers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage residential and commercial exterior projects from start to completion
- Coordinate roofing, siding, gutter, soffit/fascia, stucco, and flat roofing crews
- Schedule crews, subcontractors, material deliveries, and equipment
- Perform regular site visits and monitor workmanship and project progress
- Communicate with homeowners, builders, property managers, and other clients
- Review project scopes, plans, measurements, and change orders
- Identify and resolve job-site issues quickly
- Ensure projects meet company quality and safety standards
- Track project schedules, costs, materials, and completion




- Conduct final inspections and ensure deficiencies are completed

Qualifications
- Previous project management experience in roofing/exterior construction preferred
- Strong knowledge of roofing, siding, gutters, soffit & fascia, stucco, and/or flat roofing
- Robust leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Comfortable working in the office and visiting active job sites
- Valid driver's license
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
