A national contractor with a deep Ontario portfolio is hiring Project Managers for mid-market ICI work across the GTA, typically in the $10M to $50M range. Institutional, commercial and light industrial builds, for clients who keep coming back.

About You The successful candidate will have the following:

- You've carried a project, or you're a step away. ICI work from around $10M up, ideally as the PM accountable for it
- You want bigger projects and the resources to match. Maybe you want a deeper bench, better-run sites, and a company big enough that your next several moves can all be internal ones
- You get the best out of a team. Site staff, subtrades, consultants and client.



You lead well and you know when to push and when to pull the resources around you
- You're straight with people. Scope gaps, change orders, a subtrade slipping, a client asking for something the drawings don't show. You would rather have the conversation early than manage the fallout later
- You'll invest in the work. Most of this work is in the GTA, and some of it will not be. You are willing to put that in for a firm that pays it back

About The Job

- A project of your own. A pipeline of mid-market ICI builds from preconstruction and buyout through to closeout, with you accountable for it and a capable team around you
- Real depth behind the job. Estimating, safety, VDC, procurement and operations, plus PMs and superintendents who have built this type of work many times over. You lead the project; you do not carry it alone
- Variety rather than one long site. Institutional, commercial and light industrial work across a repeat client base, so your record builds range instead of a single line
- Somewhere to go next, and a choice about it. The group delivers a substantial portion of the buildings and infrastructure that shape our communities. Development here is not a single track
- Rewarded accordingly. A market-competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $160,000 and comprehensive benefits, at a firm with a long-term outlook and a real reputation for developing and looking after its people
