We’re looking for a Project Manager who owns it from start to finish; someone who sees what needs to get done, figures out how to get there, and makes it happen. You spot gaps before they become problems, turn ambiguity into clear plans, and keep the team moving. You're organized, proactive, and support the team day to day, from running a standup, clearing a blocker, chasing down a detail, or jumping in to do the work yourself when that's what the moment calls for.

You don’t wait to be told what to do. And when priorities shift, plans get scrapped, and unexpected problems come up, you assess the situation, adapt the plan and find solutions. You take pride in bringing clarity to chaos, creating momentum, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

- You have 3+ years of experience delivering digital products (web and mobile)
- You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and think several steps ahead - anticipating challenges, spotting risks early, and taking decisive action to keep delivery on track
- You understand the work deeply and connect today’s priorities to what the team needs to deliver next




- You’re a confident leader who clears blockers, manages dependencies, and keeps teams aligned and moving as priorities evolve
- You bring emotional intelligence and empathy, anticipating and responding to the needs of both clients and internal teams
- You’re highly organized and use the right tools and practices to create clarity, transparency, and accountability for the team and client
- You care deeply about the quality and success of the work. You take ownership, pitch in where needed, and know that no task is too small to matter

- You create clarity and structure by defining what needs to be done, why it matters, and how each team member contributes to the outcome
- You lead planning sessions, from sprint planning to roadmapping, and translate priorities into clear goals and commitments
- You keep the team focused day to day, managing dependencies and clearing blockers to maintain momentum
- You’re hands-on and stay close to the details so you can spot when things need to change, and can quickly pivot the team when priorities or circumstances shift

Salary Range

$90,000 - $120,000
