Requirement Notes (Candidate below) : We are seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager with strong banking or financial services experience to lead complex technology and business initiatives in a highly collaborative Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, requirements, timelines, and executive communications while working closely with developers, product teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners. Strong hands-on expertise with Jira administration, reporting, Confluence, Agile/Scrum facilitation, project metrics, and technical concepts including APIs, databases, and applications is required. * CANDIDATES MUST HAVE RECENT BANKING, CAPITAL MARKETS OR FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE.

THE MANAGER WOULD LIKE TO SEE CLM EXPERIENCE OF POSSIBLE AS WELL AS AGILE CERTIFICATIONS. THIS IS HYBRID ONE DAY A WEEK OR A FEW TIMES A QUARTER IN EITHER LOCATION.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager with strong banking or financial services experience to lead complex technology and business initiatives in a highly collaborative Agile setting. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, requirements, timelines, and executive communications while working closely with developers, product teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners. Strong hands-on expertise with Jira administration, reporting, Confluence, Agile/Scrum facilitation, project metrics, and technical concepts including APIs, databases, and applications is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects and initiatives within a banking or financial services environment.




- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, actions, and interdependencies across multiple teams.
- Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to decompose high-level requirements into actionable epics, features, user stories, and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, forecasts, and delivery commitments.
- Provide clear and concise executive-level communication, including project status, risks, decisions, issues, financials, and delivery forecasts.
- Manage and administer Jira, including workflows, boards, dashboards, reporting, filters, metrics, and project configuration.
- Use Jira and other reporting tools to track velocity, burnup/burndown, capacity, forecasting, project health, KPIs, and OKRs.
- Coordinate closely with software developers, architects, QA, product teams, business analysts, infrastructure teams, and other technology stakeholders.
- Develop strong working relationships with development teams and serve as a trusted delivery partner between business and technology.
- Translate technical concepts into clear business-level communication for executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Track and communicate overall program health, delivery progress, resource constraints, and emerging risks.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and coordinate decisions across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance,



and other banking functions.
- Support continuous improvement of Agile delivery processes, governance, reporting, and team performance.
- Maintain project documentation and collaboration materials using Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project.

Required Qualifications

- Strong experience as a Senior Agile Project Manager / Technical Project Manager in banking, financial services, or a similarly complex enterprise environment.
- Proven experience with risk, issue, dependency, and project governance management.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to decompose complex requirements into manageable Agile deliverables.
- Strong hands-on experience facilitating Agile/Scrum teams.
- Advanced Jira management, administration, configuration, dashboarding, and reporting experience.
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, applications, and software development environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong experience with project and Agile metrics, including project health, burnup/burndown, velocity, forecasting, KPIs, and OKRs.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and productive working relationships with software developers and technical teams.

Nice to Have

- Advanced understanding of hands-on application development and software engineering practices.
- Experience working with Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and platforms.
- Experience delivering large-scale technology initiatives within banking, lending, capital markets, payments, or other financial services domains.
- Experience coordinating multiple Agile teams within a broader program or enterprise transformation.
