Duties

- Manage the overall operation of residential or commercial properties, ensuring smooth daily functioning and tenant satisfaction
- Supervise maintenance and rental teams, including scheduling repairs, overseeing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate project management activities for property upgrades or renovations, including planning, budgeting, and timeline oversight
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems to track work orders, maintenance history, and inventory managements




- Lead inspections using mechanical knowledge and electrical experience to identify issues early and implement effective solutions
- Communicate clearly in English with tenants, owners, contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
- Supervise staff with strong leadership skills to foster a motivated team environment focused on high-quality maintenance standards

Experience

- Proven management experience in property or facilities management roles with a focus on Residential Property Management.
- Demonstrated project management skills involving multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Supervising experience in maintenance teams or technical trades such as electrical or mechanical fields
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of supervising diverse teams in rapid-paced settings.This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead with energy while ensuring the highest standards of property management. Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
