We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Technician Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards through exact inspection and analysis, but also take initiative in guiding and supporting line staff to maintain those standards consistently.

Responsibilities

- Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, components, and finished products.
- Utilize calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to perform accurate measurements.
- Complete and maintain all required quality documentation and reports, including inspection reports, control plans, and PPAP submissions.
- Lead by example on the production floor — coach and support line operators in performing proper inspections and following quality protocols.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the production process.
- Collaborate with production and management teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with internal and customer quality assurance standards.

Skills

- Proven experience in manufacturing quality assurance or inspection.
- Proficient in PPAP documentation, quality forms, and reporting processes.
- Skilled in the use of measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.




- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities; confident in guiding others.
- Knowledge of QA/QC principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
