Position Overview

Precision Restorations DKI is looking for a Purchasing & Procurement Coordinator to join our team at our Delta Head office. Job Responsibilities The Purchasing & Procurement Coordinator is responsible for coordinating purchasing activities, maintaining inventory levels, supporting vendor relationships, assisting with accounts payable and purchasing documentation, coordinating travel arrangements, overseeing the inventory and organization of the company's marketing and promotional materials, providing reception coverage as required, and assisting with a variety of administrative functions. This role works closely with all departments and vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective purchasing.
Purchasing & Procurement
- Coordinate the purchasing of office supplies, consumables, uniforms, IT equipment, promotional items, and other operational materials.
- Source products and obtain competitive pricing.
- Process purchase orders and maintain purchasing records.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships.
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as required.
- Maintain inventory database and pricing information.
- Coordinate inventory transfers between branches.
- Assist with inventory counts and year-end inventory preparation.
- Maintain the marketing room, ensuring promotional inventory is organized, accurately tracked, clean, and ready to support company events and branch requests.
Financial & Administrative Support
- Work closely with the Accounts Payable team to ensure purchase orders, invoices, vendor accounts, and corporate credit card transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain purchasing records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and courier services.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documentation as required.
Office & Operational Support
- Provide reception and front office coverage during absences, vacations, or as operational needs require.
- Support general administrative functions and assist other departments as required.

Preferred Experience
- Must have experience with bookkeeping.
- Experience coordinating purchasing, inventory, or procurement activities.
- Experience maintaining inventory records and databases.
- Experience supporting Accounts Payable or financial functions.
- Experience working with multiple vendors and suppliers.
- Experience supporting office administration.
- Experience in the construction, restoration, or service industry is considered an asset.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Overtime is required at times.

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
