Python GenAI Developer – Banking Client

Job Summary

We are looking for a Python GenAI Developer with strong hands-on experience in Python, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG to develop enterprise-grade AI solutions for a banking client.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and integrate GenAI/LLM-based applications using Python.
- Build RAG pipelines, AI agents, and prompt engineering solutions.
- Develop REST APIs and backend services using FastAPI/Flask.
- Integrate LLMs such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or Llama.
- Work with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Implement vector search using Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search, or similar technologies.
- Collaborate with architects, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
- Follow enterprise security, privacy, and responsible AI standards.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Python.




- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex.
- Knowledge of Vector Databases and Embeddings.
- Experience with FastAPI/Flask and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Azure/AWS/GCP.
- Positive understanding of NLP and Machine Learning concepts.
- Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD.

Banking Domain

- Prior experience in Banking, BFSI, Financial Services, or FinTech is preferred.
- Exposure to KYC, AML, fraud, payments, lending, risk, or compliance is an advantage.

Experience

6+ years of overall software development experience with 3+ years of hands-on GenAI/LLM experience preferred.
