Position: Quality Analyst

Type: Contract Compensation: $20–$50/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities

- Review work product against defined quality standards, rubrics, and guidelines.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps, and document them clearly.
- Provide structured, actionable feedback to contributors and stakeholders.
- Track quality metrics and surface recurring issues or trends.
- Help refine and improve quality processes, checklists, and evaluation criteria.
- Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team across time zones.

Qualifications Must-Have

- Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar review-focused role.
- Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for errors others miss.
- Excellent written communication and the ability to give clear,



constructive feedback.
- Comfort with ambiguity and evolving standards in a fast-moving workplace.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, focused workspace.

Preferred

- Familiarity with data annotation, content review, or evaluation workflows.
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
- Background in a domain relevant to our work (e.g., technical, editorial, or analytical).
