Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reconciliation Support Analyst with strong application support, Capital Markets operations, reconciliation, and incident management expertise. The role will provide Level-3 application support, drive issue resolution and root cause analysis, support automation initiatives, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Technology, and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level-3 production support for IntelliMatch and Xceptor applications
- Monitor reconciliation processes and critical business workflows
- Analyze reconciliation exceptions and breaks with business users
- Lead discussions during major incidents and production outages
- Manage priority incidents, production issues, and reconciliation breaks
- Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes
- Coordinate recovery efforts and communicate status updates to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement




- Collaborate with Trade Support, Middle Office, Operations, Finance, Technology, and Business teams
- Act as a senior technical escalation point for application and reconciliation issues

Required Qualifications

- Strong application production support experience
- Experience with Capital Markets operations and reconciliation processes
- Hands-on experience with IntelliMatch and Xceptor
- Strong incident, problem, and change management experience
- Experience providing Level-3 application support
- Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Experience managing production outages and priority incidents
- Robust stakeholder and client-facing communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across Operations, Finance, Technology, and Business teams
