CSN Red Deer is looking for a well-rounded Refinish Technician to join their repair team. In this position you will focus primarily on all aspects required to support the paint department.

For Licensed Refinish Technician's we offer flat rate with the prospect to earn an additional production bonus based on efficiency.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a licensed Refinish Technician is preferred.
- Journeyperson or Red Seal certification is an asset.
- Willing to consider a candidate who is a Refinish Prepper.
- Strong understanding of management system and shop procedures.
- Strong knowledge of prepping/painting.
- Valid Class 5 drivers license is mandatory.

Career Overview/Responsibilities:





- Adhere to all Health and Safety programs and participate in Health and Safety meetings to ensure the shop is in compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Preparing vehicles and vehicle parts for painting.
- Masking and sanding of vehicles and parts prior to painting.
- Buffing, wet sanding and polishing of painted vehicles.
- Attend all daily and/or weekly production meetings.
- General shop clean up and any other duties required from Location Manager.
