Steady Point Osteopathics Inc. — Dunnville, Ontario
Steady Point Osteopathics is expanding into a new boutique Reformer Pilates studio in Dunnville, Ontario, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, professional and client-focused Reformer Pilates Instructor to help us build something special from the ground up.
We are planning a six-Reformer boutique studio focused on small-group instruction, exceptional client experience, safe and effective movement, and creating a welcoming community.
This is an exciting opportunity for an instructor who doesn't simply want to teach classes, but would enjoy being part of the development and growth of a new studio.
About the Role
As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will lead small-group Reformer Pilates classes for clients of varying experience levels, including complete beginners.
You will be responsible for creating a safe, welcoming and engaging class workplace while providing clear instruction, thoughtful modifications and appropriate progressions.
As we grow, there will be opportunities to take on additional classes and become an important part of the studio's development.

- An active professional social media presence
- Interest in helping build and grow a new studio
Newly certified instructors with strong Reformer training are welcome to apply. Teaching experience is preferred, but we are more interested in finding the right person, personality and teaching ability than simply checking boxes on a resume.

Most importantly, we want someone who genuinely cares about the experience clients have when they walk through the door.
Compensation
$35–$50 per class, depending on experience, qualifications and responsibilities.
Additional opportunities for classes and increased hours will become available as the studio grows.
Schedule
Initially, this will be a part-time position with flexible scheduling.
We anticipate opportunities for
- Weekday mornings
- Weekday evenings
- Weekends
The initial class schedule will be intentionally limited while we build our client base, with the prospect to expand the instructor's schedule as classes fill. Why Join Us?

You would be joining at the beginning.
You'll have an opportunity to help shape:
