Position Overview

We are looking for experienced and motivated Refrigeration & HVAC Technicians to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing HVACR systems primarily in commercial environments. This role requires strong technical skills, professionalism, and a commitment to high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues efficiently.
- Respond to service calls and emergency breakdowns.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate job records.




- Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and customer experience.

Requirements

- Journeyman, 3rd-year, or 4th-year HVAC/R technicians.
- Experience in Commercial Refrigeration.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation.

Compensation & Schedule

- Journeyman rate: $50/hr
- Apprentice/Foreman: paid at appropriate ratio of Journeyman rate
- Expected hours: 34–44 per week
- Monday to Friday, with overtime and on-call availability
- Overtime pay
