Saanich Dental Group is looking for a confident and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established and close-knit team.

We are hiring because one of our valued hygienists is relocating up Island, creating an prospect for the right person to step into an established position with an existing patient base and a busy hygiene schedule.

Who We're Looking For We are looking for a hygienist who is confident in their clinical abilities and comfortable stepping into an established role.

The ideal candidate will be:





- A Registered Dental Hygienist licensed to practice in British Columbia
- Confident working independently and managing a busy hygiene schedule
- Experienced in providing comprehensive hygiene care while maintaining high clinical standards
- Comfortable developing strong, long-term relationships with patients
- Friendly, caring, professional, and an excellent communicator
- Organized, reliable, and able to work effectively in a busy practice
- A strong team player who values professionalism, collaboration, and patient care

We are looking for someone who can step into an established hygiene position with confidence & experience and become a valued part of our team. The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently, managing their own schedule, and providing a high standard of patient care with minimal supervision.
