Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental hygiene, excellent patient communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment where patient well-being is our top priority.

As our Dental Hygienist you would be responsible for:

- Perform dental hygiene services and practice protocols
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care tailored to their individual needs.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with patient examinations, documenting findings,



and updating medical histories.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide support during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort throughout their visit.
- Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure the cleanliness of all dental equipment and operatories.
- Utilize Tracker practice management software for scheduling, charting, and documentation.

Requirements

- Active license with BCCOHP and in good standing
- New Hygiene Grads welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail & time management skills
- Experience with Tracker an asset

Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
