We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care by delivering tailored therapeutic treatments that promote healing, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while working alongside a team of Acupuncturists and Massage Therapists.

The available room has ample storage space and multiple windows for plenty of natural light. You can choose your own hours as you have access to the room full time. You could also choose to split your time with another practitioner.

Rates are very competitive with either a flat rate or a split with a cap.. You will be collaborating with Acupuncturists and Massage Therapists who have additional training in Lymphatic Drainage, Visceral fascial release, Neural manipulation, and Craniosacral therapy.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic massage or physiotherapy treatments using evidence-based techniques.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, self-care strategies, and rehabilitation exercises.




- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming setting and addressing patient inquiries professionally.

Requirements

- Valid registration as a Licensed Massage Therapist or Physiotherapist with the appropriate regulatory body in British Columbia.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to therapy practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Proven ability to deliver compassionate patient care with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to learn advanced Visceral fascial techniques and Neural Manipulation is a bonas. Mentorship available is interested.
