One Academy® is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMTs) with an athletic mindset to treat and educate our members while helping us grow our movement and performance-based multidisciplinary clinic.

One Academy® is a strength and conditioning group training facility. We are a community-focused gym, offering a number of services in our 10,000 sq ft space including our proprietary HiFlux® group training classes, a multi-disciplinary Wellness Clinic, and Personal Training. Our mission is to fill hearts with hope, bodies with strength, and minds with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform massages tailored to the specific needs of clients, including sports massage, deep tissue massage, and relaxation massage.
- Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' conditions and complaints.
- Utilize various massage techniques and modalities to alleviate muscle tension, reduce pain, and enhance recovery.
- Educate clients and provide recommendations for stretching and strengthening exercises.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, chiropractors, and personal trainers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.

Qualifications:





- Registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Skilled in basic techniques such as sports, deep tissue and Swedish massage
- Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), acupuncture and other release techniques considered an asset
- Ability to effectively work in a team clinic setting
- Open to sharing expertise and learning new skills
- A desire to work in a sports clinic environment
- At least 2 years’ experience
- Ability to work evenings
- Proof of valid liability/malpractice insurance
