Job Posting: Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) — Multidisciplinary Clinic

Physiosense — Fonthill, Ontario

Physiosense is an established physiotherapy clinic in Fonthill, Ontario that is expanding into a multidisciplinary health centre. We are seeking 1-3 Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) to join our growing clinical team and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered care model.

This opportunity is ideal for an RMT who wants to build or expand their practice within a professional setting supported by administrative services and an existing referral base.

Position Type: Independent Contractor (percentage split or room rental — negotiable)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Fonthill, Ontario

Responsibilities

- Provide therapeutic massage assessment and treatment
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records




- Communicate effectively with clients and collaborating providers
- Uphold professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Contribute to a respectful, team-based clinic culture

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Current professional liability insurance
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to evidence-informed and patient-centered care
- Recent graduates and experienced therapists are welcome to apply
