Venus Home and Health Solutions is a Nurse Practitioner-led nursing agency serving rural Manitoba hospitals, remote community placements, and home care across the province. We are building our bench of qualified RNs to serve contract, travel, and agency placements as they come online.

We are looking for Registered Nurses who want to be part of an agency built differently: clinician-led, relationship-based, and honest about what the work actually involves.

What we are looking for:

RNs with experience in one or more of the following:

- Acute care (medical, surgical, emergency, intensive care)
- Community health and public health
- Geriatric and long-term care
- Mental health nursing
- Remote and Northern community nursing
- Indigenous health services

Required:

- Current, unrestricted RN licensure in Manitoba
- Current CPR certification (ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ITLS, NRP preferred where relevant)
- Current individual professional liability insurance (CNPS, CNPI, or equivalent)




- Ability to pass a criminal record and vulnerable persons check
- Reliable communication and professional accountability

Especially welcome:

- Rural and Northern nursing experience
- Multi-provincial licensure or willingness to obtain it
- Indigenous cultural safety training completed or in progress
- Bilingual capability (English/French, or English/Indigenous language)
- Flexibility to travel for medium-term or longer contracts

Note on our current stage:

Venus does not currently hold active hospital contracts. We are building our bench and our infrastructure now so we can move quickly and deliver well when contracts are secured. If you join the bench, we will keep you informed as opportunities develop and match you thoughtfully when they do. Being on the bench now means you are prioritised when placements come in.

Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
