Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, with expertise in various physiotherapy techniques and a commitment to improving the health and well-being of patients across different demographics. This role involves working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Duties

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and needs.
- Develop personalized care plans that address specific rehabilitation goals.
- Implement physiotherapy treatments, including but not limited to trigger point therapy, orthopedics, and acute care interventions.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and home care strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems, ensuring compliance with medical terminology standards.




- Participate in discharge planning for patients transitioning from acute care settings.
- Stay updated on advancements in physiotherapy practices and contribute to clinical best practices.

Experience

- Proven experience in physiotherapy within various settings such as hospitals, clinics, pediatrics, geriatrics, and home & community care.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to patient treatment and rehabilitation.
- Familiarity with developing care plans that cater to diverse patient populations including those requiring outpatient services.
- Experience working with EMR systems for documentation and patient management is preferred.
