Vivian Noehring Psychotherapy & Associates is a growing, diverse team of mental health professionals providing individual, couples, and family therapy. We're a collaborative practice built on compassion, professionalism, and clinical excellence.

We're seeking a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) to join our team as an independent contractor. Experience working with adolescents is an asset.

Responsibilities

- Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families across individual and/or family modalities
- Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation—including progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans—in accordance with CRPO record-keeping standards
- Collaborate with families, referring clinicians, and other professionals as needed to support coordinated care
- Engage in ongoing professional development, consultation, and supervision as appropriate to scope of practice




- Uphold the CRPO Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice at all times
- Proficiency with Jane App (or similar EMR/practice management software) an asset

Qualifications

- Current registration in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), or equivalent registration with OCSWSSW
- Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or a related clinical field
- Demonstrated clinical experience providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents an asset
- Training in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT) an asset
- Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with CRPO record-keeping requirements
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-based practice
- Current professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain

Schedule

- Evenings (required)
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
