Well established property management company is currently recruiting for a Relief Resident Building Manager for one of our buildings on the Beach Avenue with water access/views.

The position requires providing relief for the Building Manager 2 days a week and 11 Statutory holidays.

Responsibilities include responding to the residents inquiries, dealing with the emergencies, keeping building secure and organized and all aspects of vacant suite rentals.

The compensation for the position is a combination of salary and rent reduction for the unit in the building.

Position is to start as soon as possible.

No experience necessary. Training will be provided.
