Lathered is a locally owned cleaning company built on integrity, transparency, and genuine care — for our clients, our team, and the environment. We provide both residential and commercial services.

We specialize in eco-friendly cleaning - using thoughtfully selected products that are safe for our team, our clients (including pets), and their homes.

We are fully insured and bonded and proudly serve clients throughout Cochrane and surrounding areas. Our goal is simple: deliver consistently exceptional cleaning with a personal touch.

Requirements

- Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check upon hire
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Reliable daily access to a vehicle
- Currently living in Cochrane or nearby (NW Calgary also suitable)

Compensation & Schedule

- Wage: $18–$20/hour (based on experience and performance)
- Paid training: $16/hour (approximately first 5–10 days)
- Day shifts, Monday–Friday (Part-time)
- Optional weekend availability
- In-person day-to-day schedule
