We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for detailed work and maintaining cleanliness in residential settings. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a residential cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' homes are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing surfaces.
- Detailed cleaning of bathrooms & kitchens
- Communicate effectively with team leads to understand each client's specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Maintain a high standard of detailed work, cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned tasks.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.

Experience

- Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred.




- Robust time management & organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure all cleaning tasks meet high standards.

Requirements

- Valid Alberta drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Reliability is a must – able to show up on time each day for your shift
- Detailed & efficient with excellent time management
- Physically fit with good stamina - ability to handle physical workload includes standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting objects up to 20 pounds.
- Dedicated and hard working
- Experience as a residential cleaner or team leader.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
