Overview The Clean Comfort is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving Shelburne, and surrounding areas. We are committed to providing reliable, high-quality cleaning services while building a positive and supportive team environment.

We are currently looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. This is a part-time, permanent position with a flexible schedule, including:

- 2-hour cleans every other week
- 1-hour cleans every other week
- 5-hour cleans once per month

While the hours start small, there is solid potential for growth as we expand our client base. This position is perfect for someone looking for consistent, short-duration cleaning assignments with the opportunity to take on more hours over time. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working independently as well as part of a small, friendly team.

Responsibilities

- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and other common areas
- Wiping down surfaces, counters, and fixtures
- Emptying trash and recycling
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists provided for each client
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition




- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or client concerns promptly
- Work independently and manage time efficiently during scheduled cleans
- Uphold The Clean Comfort’s standards for professionalism, reliability, and quality

Experience

- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Must have own reliable vehicle and valid Ontario Drivers license
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Experience with laundry, or household organization is advantageous
- Strong time management and organizational skills to efficiently complete multiple cleaning assignments
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Be open to taking on additional cleaning hours as the company grows
- Help maintain a positive client experience and contribute to building long-term client relationships

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
