Experienced Concrete Former — High-End Custom Homes

Toronto, ON | Full time | Non-Union

We're hiring experienced concrete formers for high-end custom home and large-scale residential projects. This is precision work on homes where the finish matters — we're looking for people who take pride in getting it right and have proven experience working in the high end custom world

What you'll do

- Form footings, foundation walls, grade beams, and slabs on custom residential builds
- Read and work from architectural and structural drawings
- Set, brace, strip, and maintain forming systems
- Work to tight tolerances on architectural and exposed concrete
- Coordinate with site supervisors, rebar, and pour crews

What we're looking for

- 5+ years forming experience, residential and high end custom
- Track record on high-end custom homes or large-scale residential
- Strong layout, levelling,



and blueprint reading skills
- Own hand tools, reliable transportation, valid ID
- Safety-focused, shows up on time, works clean, works well with others
- Someone who is comfortable taking plans and seeing what needs to be completed without babysitting
