Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable, motivated Restoration Technician to join our growing team. This position includes after-hours and on-call emergency response and involves water, fire, mold, and asbestos abatement services. Responsibilities

- Respond to emergency service calls, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, and fire/smoke cleanup
- Conduct mold remediation and containment setup
- Assist with asbestos removal and abatement in compliance with all regulations
- Set up containment barriers, negative air machines, and HEPA filtration systems
- Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.)
- Follow proper PPE and safety procedures at all times
- Document job progress with photos and detailed notes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and insurance representatives

Qualifications:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including after-hours/on-call shifts




- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform labor-intensive tasks
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and wearing respirators/PPE
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Experience in restoration or construction preferred (training available)

Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):

- IICRC courses
- Asbestos Worker/Supervisor Certification
