RESTORATION/CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Restoration/Construction Manager to join our team in Kelowna and/or Grand Forks, BC.

This is a full-time, permanent leadership position for an experienced manager with a strong background in restoration and/or construction.

The successful candidate will be a leader within our organization, accountable for project performance, profitability, and customer experience. This is not a desk-only position—you will spend significant time in the field ensuring projects are properly managed and completed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage restoration and construction projects from initial assessment through completion
- Lead and coordinate employees, trades, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and schedules
- Attend emergency losses, assess site conditions, and develop scopes of work
- Maintain an active field presence to monitor progress, workmanship, quality, and timelines
- Manage budgets, job costs, margins, change orders, and project profitability
- Prepare, review, and revise Xactimate estimates when required
- Communicate with customers,



property managers, adjusters, brokers, and vendors
- Ensure project documentation and files are accurate and completed for invoicing
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout each project
- Participate in the scheduled emergency on-call rotation

QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven Restoration/Construction Management experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial and residential construction
- Solid leadership and people-management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects, crews, trades, and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, job costing, budgets, and profitability
- Xactimate experience preferred
- Property damage restoration and insurance industry experience preferred
- Strong computer, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid BC driver's license
