Retail Associate (Part-Time) – Vancouver Store
Pyrrha is looking for an outgoing, reliable, and engaging Part-Time Retail Associate to join our Vancouver team.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and creating a memorable in-store experience. You’re confident working independently, comfortable starting conversations, and have a natural ability to make guests feel welcome and cared for. Previous retail sales experience is important, but just as important is a great attitude, strong communication skills, and an appreciation for design, craftsmanship, and sustainability.
This role is approximately 1–2 shifts per week, with opportunities for additional hours during the holiday season, staff coverage, and private in-store events. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and scheduling may shift seasonally based on the needs of the store.
What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, personalized and elevated experience for every guest.
- Build genuine relationships and confidently guide guests through the Pyrrha collection.
- Share Pyrrha’s story, craftsmanship, and commitment to sustainability.
- Work alongside the Store Manager to support the day-to-day operation of the Vancouver Store.
- Keep the store looking its best through thoughtful merchandising, organization, and inventory management.
- Assist with customer inquiries by phone and email when needed.
- Support private events and special activations in the store.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally in a retail environment.
- A warm, confident and outgoing personality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- The ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
- Shopify experience is an asset.
- An interest in design, jewelry, fashion, art, or sustainability is a plus.
