CB Pools & Spas is looking for a full-time seasonal retail associate to join our team, we have a retail store location in Brooklin and we provide service and installation of residential and commercial swimming pools across Durham Region and the GTA. The ideal candidate must be ambitious and energetic with positive customer service skills. We are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years customer service or retail experience.

Requirements

- Fluent English verbal and written is a must
- Reliable Individual
- Training will be provided where necessary
- Great customer service skills, professional and courteous in your interactions with customers on a daily basis
- Strong communication skills, oral and written
- Possess a great attitude!
- Hardworking and punctual
- Excellent organizational skills




- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail in an essential attribute
- Must be available to work weekends

Duties

- Answering phones and assisting customers with booking services, answering questions, etc.
- Testing pool and hot tub water and recommending the appropriate chemicals
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the store inside and outside
- Greeting customers that enter the store and assisting them with finding products
- Stocking shelves and maintaining inventory
- Operating a POS system
- Offering maintenance and chemical advice to customers
