Duties

- Operate industrial knitting machines, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to production schedules
- Set up and adjust knitting equipment using technical specifications and blueprints to meet product requirements
- Monitor machine operations continuously, troubleshooting issues related to yarn tension, machine jams, or defects
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the knitting process to maintain high standards
- Perform routine maintenance on knitting machinery, including cleaning and minor repairs to prevent downtime
- Collaborate with team members on machine programming adjustments using CNC programming and CAD software
- Assist in packaging finished products efficiently while maintaining safety standards and inventory accuracy

Qualifications

- Prior experience operating industrial knitting machines or similar manufacturing equipment is preferred




- Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in machining, welding, blueprint reading, and assembly processes
- Familiarity with CAD software like SolidWorks for machine setup and troubleshooting
- Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and use hand tools such as calipers for precise measurements
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus for material handling tasks
- Strong basic math skills necessary for machine adjustments and quality checks
- Competence in quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and standards compliance
- Excellent mechanical aptitude with a proactive approach to maintenance and troubleshooting
