About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Part-Time Sales Associate to join our jewellery store team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for detail, and is interested in learning more about the jewellery industry.

The role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment, and supporting day-to-day store operations.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming shopping experience
- Assist customers with selecting jewellery and answering basic product questions
- Support sales transactions and help achieve store sales goals
- Learn about jewellery, gemstones, metals, styles, and proper product care
- Keep jewellery displays neat, organized, and visually appealing
- Assist with light cleaning and general upkeep of the store
- Organize inventory, displays, packaging, and other store materials
- Help with receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise
- Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting retail workplace




- Support other day-to-day tasks as needed

- Positive attitude and professional presentation
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
