Prairie Print House is looking for a reliable, organized and motivated Store Manager to lead our holiday pop-up location at The Centre Mall in Saskatoon.

This is a temporary full-time position for the holiday season, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role based on performance and the company’s ongoing needs.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the holiday pop-up store
- Help recruit, interview and hire additional retail staff
- Train, supervise and support store employees
- Create and manage weekly staff schedules
- Address attendance, performance and other staff-related concerns
- Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming store environment
- Coordinate the sourcing, setup and organization of store fixtures
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and organization
- Complete daily cash-outs and ensure cash-handling procedures are followed
- Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs
- Help the team meet sales and performance goals
- Handle other store-management duties as required

Qualifications
- Previous retail,



supervisory or management experience is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, organized and comfortable working independently
- Able to manage employees professionally and resolve workplace concerns
- Comfortable handling cash and completing daily cash-outs
- Able to work in a fast-paced holiday retail workplace
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
- Experience with scheduling, hiring or retail store setup is an asset

What We Offer
- Starting wage of $19.00 per hour
