About the Position

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused and results-driven Full-Time Wireless Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

In this role, you will represent Rogers, Fido and chatr, helping customers find the right wireless products and services while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Rogers, Fido and chatr wireless products and services
- Assist customers with new activations, upgrades, renewals and account-related needs
- Recommend rate plans, devices and solutions based on each customer's needs
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through accessories, additional lines and other eligible products and services
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Generate sales through customer follow-up, outbound calls and local outreach
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction information
- Follow all company policies, carrier procedures,



privacy requirements and sales compliance standards
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current with promotions and wireless industry trends
- Support store operations, merchandising and inventory as required

What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a positive and professional attitude
- Comfortable working toward individual sales targets and KPIs
- Passion for technology and the wireless industry
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous retail, wireless, telecom or sales experience is an asset
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends
- Additional languages are an asset

Compensation Base Pay: Starting at $18.25/hour

Commission: Uncapped

There is no fixed limit on commission earnings. High-performing sales representatives have the opportunity to significantly increase their total compensation based on individual sales performance.

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
