Job Summary

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our growing roofing team as Roofers and Labourers. In these roles, you will work on residential roofing projects, assisting with installations, tear-offs, material handling, and maintaining a safe and organized worksite. Experienced roofers will bring their knowledge and skills to complete quality roofing work, while labourers will have the opportunity to learn and develop valuable roofing and construction skills.

ROOFER — Responsibilities

- Perform residential roof installations, tear-offs, repairs, and maintenance with attention to detail and quality.
- Install shingles, underlayment, flashing, ventilation components, and other roofing materials according to proper installation practices.
- Identify and address roofing issues, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively while following all required safety procedures.
- Assist with the removal of old roofing materials and safely handle roofing materials, equipment, and debris.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site throughout each project.
- Take before, during, and after photos of completed work and ensure they are uploaded to the appropriate customer file.




- Communicate with the crew and management regarding project conditions, completed work, and any concerns identified on site.

LABOURER — Responsibilities

- Assist roofers with residential roofing installations, tear-offs, repairs, and other exterior projects.
- Load, unload, carry, and organize roofing materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with the preparation and setup of job sites, including protecting landscaping, property, and surrounding areas.
- Remove and properly dispose of old shingles, roofing materials, and construction debris.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe for the crew, homeowners, and surrounding property.
- Assist with passing tools and materials to roofers and completing general labour tasks as directed.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a strong awareness of safety while working at heights and on active job sites.
- Learn proper roofing techniques, tools, materials, and installation practices while working alongside experienced roofers.

Pay: $17.60-$40.00 per hour
