Requirements

- Fluency in Romanian is essential for effective communication with clients and their families
- Previous experience in assisted living, home care, nursing homes, or senior care is highly desirable
- Knowledge of patient care practices, dementia care, hospice support, and working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
- Ability to perform light cleaning, meal preparation, medication administration, and heavy lifting safely
- Strong interpersonal skills with a caring attitude and patience for working with vulnerable populations
- Valid certification or experience in caregiving roles; relevant training in nursing or home health is advantageous
- Reliable transportation may be required for client visits; flexibility to work various shifts based on client needs
