Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant, Laundry Attendant, or Houseperson, where your energy and attention to detail will elevate guest experiences! In this vital role, you will ensure our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment by maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards across guest rooms, laundry areas, and public spaces. Your proactive approach and dedication will contribute to the overall excellence of our hotel operations, creating memorable stays for every guest.

Duties

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Handle laundry tasks efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care and precision.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and stairwells to ensure a pristine environment for guests and staff alike.
- Assist with housekeeping supplies inventory management by restocking carts and storage areas as needed.
- Support the overall housekeeping team by performing light maintenance tasks or reporting maintenance issues promptly.




- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a secure environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries related to housekeeping needs.

Experience

- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic!
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning methods is advantageous.
- Experience working in hospitality environments demonstrates your ability to deliver excellent service under pressure.
- Knowledge of laundry processes and equipment enhances your efficiency in this role.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
